Bluebell and Lily orders are processed within our office hours 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. All weekend orders will be processed the following business day.

No package deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Please be aware shipping times estimated below can be delayed or out of our control especially during peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day or other holidays and festive seasons.

Within New Zealand

Bluebell and Lily deliver via tracked NZ Post satchels and therefore are able to ship to home, work and PO Box addresses.

If your package is sent back to us due to non delivery we will contact you then dispatch a second time only.

From dispatch to delivery within New Zealand please allow 1-3 days.


All international Bluebell and Lily orders are sent with DHL Express via NZ Post and have an Authority to Leave. This means the package may be left in a secure location without a signature if you’re not there to receive the package.

We are unable to ship to International Post Office Boxes.

If your package is sent back to us due to non collection you will be required to pay for re-shipping to have the order dispatched for second time.

From dispatch to delivery Internationally please allow 5-40 days.

Please note: Customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country. We’d recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Marking an order as a gift: We are unable to label a package incorrectly to avoid customs and duties charges. Any declaration form found to be incorrect both parties may be liable for financial penalties or prosecution.


As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm that it’s on the way. This email will also have your tracking number, so it’s really important that your email address is entered correctly when the order is placed.
