Online Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before returning a product.

Bluebell and Lily design gorgeous garments for you to love, but we understand it can sometimes be difficult to order garments online without having tried them on.

Our returns policy allows you to get a full refund for any products that you’re not delighted with (see exceptions below) minus the initial shipping costs.

Or, we will send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style (as long as we have stock available).

Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are exchanged because they are faulty or not as ordered.

From receipt of your order you have 14 days for New Zealand and Australia orders, or 31 days for all other countries, to return items with proof of purchase, order number, the name the order was placed under and the reason for the garments return.

Returned items are at the expense of the purchaser (including any currency conversion and / or local or international taxes), and must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition, with tags still attached.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns of Piha Cheekies.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Faulty garments

If a garment is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned in accordance with our refund and exchange policy.

How to return an online order via post

1. Contact Bluebell and Lily. We will need to see proof of purchase, order number, the name the order was placed under and the reason for the garments return.

2. Pack your garment for return. We need to inspect and confirm the item. Goods must be shipped back to us in original packaging and at the customers expense.

3. Address your package to:

Purchase postage and drop your package to the nearest post office or post box.

4. Processing - once we receive your package, we’ll check the item(s) to see if our returns policy has been met. Once approved, we’ll process the refund and notify you by email. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Please note: All returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bluebell and Lily.
